What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Pouches: 10,000 pcs. Rollstock: 300 kg. We support brands at every stage of growth.

What is your delivery lead time?

Fastest 15 days after order confirmation. Normally 15–30 days depending on order quantity and printing complexity.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We support EXW, FOB, DDP, DAP and other Incoterms.

What certifications do you have?

ISO 9001, FDA (USA), and BRC. These are the only certifications we hold.

What is the difference between pouches and rollstock?

Pouches are premade bags, ready to fill. Rollstock is film on a roll, for VFFS/HFFS machines. Pouches have higher MOQ flexibility; rollstock is more cost-effective for high volume.

How do I choose the right film structure?

Tell us your product, shelf life target, and barrier needs. Our engineers will recommend the optimal structure for your application.

What printing method do you use?

We use gravure printing, with up to 10 colors.

What file format do you need for printing?

AI, PSD, or high-res PDF (300 DPI minimum). We also offer design support and can work from your rough sketch.
