Rollstock film is the most cost-effective and efficient flexible packaging solution for high-volume production. Unlike premade pouches, rollstock film runs directly on your form-fill-seal equipment — vertical (VFFS) or horizontal (HFFS).

At DSS Pack, we don’t just convert film — we engineer it. Because we control the entire process from resin to finished roll, we can customize sealant formulas in-house to match your specific machine requirements.

Engineered for Machine Efficiency

Every filling line is different. That’s why we customize:

• COF Control — Coefficient of Friction tuned (0.2–0.4) to match your machine speed. Too slippery = unstable film. Too sticky = poor tracking. We get it right.
• Hot Tack Strength — Superior seal strength immediately after sealing. Prevents leaks at high speed.
• Low-Temperature Sealing — Special sealant layers reduce energy consumption and prevent burning of heat-sensitive products.
• Flatness & Tension Control — Critical for high-speed lines (100+ packs/min). No wrinkles, no jams.
